摘要
我国目前人均占有耕地面积仅为0.08hm2,不足世界人均耕地占有面积的1/3,而耕地面积却以每年400000hm2的速度减少。在每年减少的400000hm2的耕地中由于煤炭开采造成耕地减少的面积则达到125000hm2。此外,煤炭开采造成土地塌陷不仅是耕地面积的减少,而且还带来环境的破坏。因此开发和应用采动区地表减沉技术是增加耕地面积,保护环境的重要手段。着重分析了目前我国比较成熟的采动区减沉技术的使用条件和应用效果,并对采动区减沉技术及理论的发展趋势进行了展望。
0. 08hm^2 plowland occupied by per person in China is less than 1/3 of that in the world and the plowland acreage in China reduces at the speed of 400000hm^2 per year. Among the reduced acreage, 125000hm^2 is caused by mining. In addition, mining brings about damage of environment. Therefore, the development and application of surface subsidence-reducing in mining area is an important method of increasing plowland acreage and protecting environment. The application conditions and effects of surface subsidence-reducing technology which is feasible currently in mining area are analyzed in this paper. The development trends of the theory of surface subsidence-reducing technology in mining area are prospected also.
