以单片微型计算机80C196MD为控制器,研制出一种具有可移植性、高性价比的全位置焊自动控制系统,控制并协调焊接小车的行走、摆动、提升3种动作,能满足全位置焊接工艺要求,实现了焊接自动化。试焊证明,焊缝成形良好,提高了焊接的生产效率。

The paper presents an automatic controlling system for all position welding,using 80C196MD as the controller. It can be used for different welding and is high-capability via price rate. This system controls and harmonizes the action of the welding dolly involved tread swing and exaltation. It was proved by the examination that it can meet the technics demand and realize the automatization of welding. It redounds to the molding of the welding line and increases produce efficiency.
