抽油井光杆调偏防喷密封器的应用

在抽油井生产过程中,因抽油机基础下沉、抽油机安装位置不准确等原因,造成光杆与井口产生水平偏移和角度偏移,引起井口偏磨、盘根使用寿命短、井口漏油等。抽油机在工作过程中,光杆长期承受交变载荷,工作环境恶劣,极易引起疲劳破坏而断裂,造成落井事故。当井口回压和油压较高时,原油会因此而大量涌出井口,造成原油泄漏,污染井场。为解决这些问题,研制了光杆调偏防喷密封器,并在油田推广应用,取得了很好的使用效果和经济效益。

In order to solve the evidence of level and angle deviations between suck rod and well caused ill installation, resulting in side-wearing , short-life of packing , well-head rod in bad working condition and changing load will be failure and drops to this problem and use relative technology, an ant-side-deviation packer is de-veloped. It has been throuph test and put into practical application with ideal ettectlveness.
