摘要
视觉定位是实现炼油企业油料自动装卸的一种有效途径,系统采用一体化工业相机Insight1000作为检测核心,连续获取罐口图像并实时检测圆形罐口中心位置,为加快检测速度和精度,提出了模板匹配加圆检测技术的复合查找方式,通过RS232串行通讯接口将定位结果发送给PLC,由PLC控制大鹤管完成移动、下管、输油等动作.系统对圆形罐口定位精确,性能指标符合要求,可以投入实际使用.
Vision positioning is an effective way for oil auto-loading and unloading in oil refinery. A vision positioning system is developed with InsightlO00 as the detecting device. The system can acquire images of circular opening continuously and detect the center of opening on real-time. In order to speed up the detection and improve its precision,the system is designed to use a composite method of matching and circle detection. The system transmits the data of position of circular opening to PLC through RS232 serial port. And then, the oil pipe is controlled to move,lower and transport oil by PLC. The performance of this system meets the requirements and the positioning data of the vision system is precise.
