摘要
对1991,1992和1994年采集的412份加工番茄病毒病样本的鉴定结果表明,新疆加工番茄主要毒原种类有烟草花叶病毒(TMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)、马铃薯X病毒(PVX)和马铃薯Y病毒(PVY),分别为样本数的40.5%,24.8%,14.6%和4.4%。TMV主要株系为0株系,占分离物的65.7%,其次为1株系占34.3%,没有发现2株系和1.2株系。CMV以轻花叶株系为主,占分离物的66.7%,重花叶株系为次,占33.3%。
A total of 412 Processing tomato samples (leaves and fruits) associated with viruses collected from several regiones of Xinjiang in 1991, 1992 and 1994 were identidicated. The results of the experiments showed that the main causal viruses of processing tomato in Xinjiang were tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) , potato virus X(PVX) and potato virus Y(PVY) with 40.5%,24.8%,14.6% and 4.4% of incidence respectively. TMV strain 0 occupied 65.7% of the TMV isolates to be the main strain followed by TMV strain 1 (34.3%). TMV strain 2 and strain 1.2 weren't found. The main CMV strain was mild mosaic strain and occupied 66.7% of the CMV isolates followed by severe mosaic strain (33.3%).
