摘要
本文以农业是国民经济的基础为出发点，对宁夏农业与农村经济发展进行了全面分析，寻找出当前我区农业和农村经济发展存在的主要问题和突出矛盾，最后提出今后我区农业与农村经济发展的对策。
On the basis of the understanding that agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,the author indicated that the main problem(and paradox)existed in Ningxia,through analysis of the development of agriculture and rural economy,put forward thatcountermeasure on development of Ningxia agriculture and rural economy.
