摘要 A laser-induced resonance light scattering (RLS) imaging method to determine heparin is described based on the high light scattering emission power of the aggregation species of heparin with α, β, γ, δ-tetra(4-trimethylaminoniumphenyl)prophyrin (TAPP) in solution, By imaging the light scattering signals of the aggregation species, we proposed the method to determine the heparin with a detection range of 0.02 - 0.6μg/mL and the detection limit (30) of 1.3 ng/mL.
