21世纪初,美国为了确保世界霸权地位将进一步强化对中国的遏制,中国依旧面临着严峻的反霸局势。因此,中国必须制定正确的反霸策略,才能充分调动国内外一切积极因素,不断提高化解美国霸权主义威胁的能力,从而顺利实现和平崛起的目的。

In order to sustain its hegemony, US will strengthen the containment strategy against China, hence China have to face US fiercer hegemonism policies. Therefore, China must set down correct counter - hegemonism strategy and make use of all the positive forces domestically and internationally, and then China can fight against US hegemonism stubbornly and improve its abilities to overcome the threat from US. Only by this way can China achieve its aim of peaceful rising.
