本文认为大学核心竞争力是一所大学在办学过程中逐渐形成的文化特质和自我发展能力,大学核心竞争力与区域经济的发展存在着一定的关联性;面对珠江三角洲经济竞争优势相对弱化的情况,广东应通过提升大学核心竞争力,推动珠江三角洲经济的进一步发展。

This paper maintains that the core competitiveness of a university is the cultural uniqueness and sel fdeveloping ability, which is gradually shaped in the process of school development. This core competitiveness is relevant, to some extent, to the development of the regional economy, Guangdong province should promote the Pearl River Delta economy by developing the core competitiveness of local universities in order to improve the competitive advantages of its economy.
