摘要
职业生涯即事业生涯,是每个人一生职业的发展道路。通过职业生涯规划,可以最大限度地实现自我价值。通过对民办高校员工的问卷调查,提出了民办高校员工职业生涯规划的思路,以期为民办高校优化人力资源配置提供参考。
Career means the general course of a person's working life, and by career planning, self-value can be maximized. Based on the questionnaire of the working staff in non-governmental universities, the paper proposes a train of thoughts for career planning of staffs in non-governmental universities, expecting to give guidance to the optimization of manpower resource allocation in non-governmental universities.
