宁波市私营企业起步较早,发展迅速,研究私营企业劳动关系具有重大的理论和现实意义。本文在界定私营企业劳动关系发展的二个阶段的基础上,分析了目前宁波市私营企业劳动关系存在的问题,剖析了存在问题的原因,进一步提出了完善私营企业劳动关系的对策和建议。

The private enterprises in Ningbo got off to an early start and develop rapidly. It is of great theoretical and realistic significance to study the labor relationship of the private enterprises. Based on the definition of the two stages of the development of the labor relationship of the private enterprises, the paper analyses the problems existing in the labor relationship of the private enterprises, dissects the causes of the existing problems and proposes measures and suggestions to improve the labor relationship of the private enterprises.
