摘要 对IN706合金在不同温度及应变速率下的热变形行为及规律进行了研究。结果表明,IN706合金850~1150℃具有良好的热变形行为。其真应力随温度的升高而降低,随真应变速率的增大而增大,并且两者的变化都存在着一个折点。这个折点的出现可能与变形过程中的动态回复与再结晶有关。 The pattern of hot-deformation of IN 706 alloy at different tempera ture and true strain rate was studied.It shows that this alloy has excellent hot workability between 850 and 1150℃.The true stress decreases with the tempera ture increase and increases with the true strain rate.During deformation, because of dynamic recovery and recrystallization,a turning point appears on the curve of true stress with temperature and strain rate.
