我国第1个完全国产化的直流工程——西北—华中联网灵宝背靠背工程对于实现全国联网,振兴民族制造业,提高直流输电装备水平具有重大意义。该工程坚持自主创新原则,从工程组织建设、系统设计、设备成套设计、工程设计到设备制造采购、工程施工和调试全部立足国内,全面实现了国产化要求。该工程坚持管理创新和高质量、高标准验收,建设和运行均达到了国际先进水平,对于加快建设坚强国家电网,具有重要的试验、示范作用。

The first HVDC Project with complete localization of parts and components in China-Lingbao back to back HVDC Project for Northwest and Central China power network interconnection has significant meaning for realization of nation-wide interconnection, vigorously developing national manufacturing industry, raising equipment level of HVDC power transmission. This project insists the principle of independent innovation and realizes the requirements of localization of parts and components completely from project organization and construction, design of system and complete set equipment as well as project to manufacturing and purchasing equipment, project construction and commissioning. This project also insists the management innovation and the acceptance of high standard and high quality, and has reached the international advanced level in construction and operation, which has the important meaning in testing and demonstrating for quickly building strong nation-wide power grid.
