摘要
以工业水玻璃、硫酸铝和氯化铁及其它几种辅助药剂为原料合成了一种新型脱色絮凝剂PMS i。通过条件实验确定了最佳制备工艺条件,并初步探讨了该脱色絮凝剂的脱色机理。结果表明:在铝、铁、硅物质的量比为10∶5∶1,碱化度B=2.0,并添加适量助剂的条件下制备的PMS i既有较好的化学稳定性,又具有极佳的混凝脱色性能。
PMSi, a novel polysilicate muhicore decolor flocculant was synthesized by using sodium silicate, Al2 ( SO4 ) 3, FeCl3 and several kinds of supplementary reagents. The technological conditions were optimized by experiments, and the decoloration mechanism of PMSi was also discussed preliminarily. The results showed that PMSi prepared had better chemical stability and coagulation efficiency under the following conditions: n ( Al ) : n (Fe) : n ( Si ) = 10 : 5 : 1 , Basicity ( B ) 2.0, and several kinds of supplementary reagents added .
