介绍了氯碱厂的电解、蒸发、氯氢处理、次酸、盐酸等工序的节水改造情况。通过改造,回收了大量的冷凝水且减少了酸性水对厂房、设备的腐蚀。

Innovation status of Water saving in several processes in chlor-alkali plant was introduced, including electrolysis, evaporation, chlorine and hydrogen treatment, hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid. After innovation, lots of condensate water was recycled. Corrosion of acid water on workshop and equipments was reduced.
