免振捣自密实成型施工工艺对钢筋粘结力影响

摘要 着重介绍了自密实混凝土和振捣密实混凝土、圆钢和螺纹钢、钢筋的放置方式为水平和垂直等不同情况下与钢筋的粘结强度对比试验。试验结果表明:自密实混凝土与钢筋的粘结强度较高。当钢筋水平放置时,自密实混凝土的钢筋抗拔力比同强度等级振捣密实混凝土钢筋抗拔力约大3—5倍;当钢筋垂直放置时,约大一倍。试验结果为工程设计、施工应用提供可靠依据。 Self-Compacting Concrete molds with self-fluid, withoutvibration-compacting. Engineer designing and builder very care about that whether or not SCC moldings technics influences the bond strength of SCC and steel bar. In this paper, comparing experiments of steel bar bond strength are emphasized, which includes SCC with vibration compacting concrete (VCC), round steel bar with thread bar and level placement of steel bar with vertical placement. It is concluded that SCC-steel bar bond strength is higher. When steel bar is level, anti-drawn strength of SCC-steel bar is about 3 - 5times bigger than that of the same strength class VCC-steel bar; when steel bar is vertical, that is about 1 times, the experiment results supply dependable date to engineering designs and construction application.
