BID-DECOSTION ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

建设工程投标决策是一项复杂的工作，决策的正确与否对承包商来说起着至关重要的作用。为了辅助承包商进行投标决策，在对建设工程投标决策过程分析的基础上，从承包商自身资源条件出发，建立了工程项目投标决策规划模型并对模型作了简单的讨论，其对承包商在进行投标决策时有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Construction project bid-decision is a complex task, which plays a very important role to the contractor. To help the contractor make bid-decision, the author, stand on the part of contractor, built a bid-decision model of construction project based on the analysis of bid-decision process of construction project and make a simple discussion to this model. It has certain reference value and guide significance for the contractor to make a bid-decision.
