摘要
目的探讨戊二醛熏蒸柜的机器性能和消毒灭菌效果与影响因素。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》、羟胺缩合紫外分光光度法测定戊二醛含量,测定开机不同时间熏蒸柜内、工作环境空气中及关机后熏蒸柜中戊二醛气体-气溶胶浓度,熏蒸柜对不同微生物的杀灭效果。结果熏蒸柜开机2 h柜内戊二醛气体-气溶胶浓度达到91.93 mg/m3,熏蒸柜开机90 min对不锈钢片载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞的平均杀灭对数值>5;开机60 min对染于手术剪、镊子上金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值>5;开机5 h能完全杀灭止血钳上的枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽胞。结论肯格王牌XZG型戊二醛熏蒸柜是一种高效、快速、安全、可靠、适用的医疗消毒器械。
OBJECTIVE To observe and evaluate the physical performance and germicidal effect of an suffocating gas of glutaraldehyde medical-appliance disinfector and affecting factor. METHODS The whole experiments were executed according to the Technical Standard for Disinfection and a paper published on Chin J of Nosocom Pharmacol written by Jang Yong-nan and Yu Zi-pei. RESULTS Glutaraldehyde concentration in the disinfector attained 91.93mg/m^3 after the machine worked for 2 hours. During test, after eoprating the disinfector for 90 minutes, the average killing exponential of Escherichia coli, Staphlococcus aureus, Candida albicans and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger contaminated on the stainless steel carrier was no less than 5. Using as models, after operating the disinfector for 60 minutes, the average killing exponential of the tools contaminated S. aureus, such as forceps and scissors, was 5. After operating the disinfector for 5 hours, it killed all the spores of 13. subtilis var. niger contaminated on hemostats. CONCLUSIONS The suffocating gas of glutaraldehyde medical-appliance disinfector, especially type ks-XZG is a widely applicable device with capacitance, quickness, safety and reliability.
