摘要
随着黄河流域工农业迅速发展,流域内水资源短缺和水污染问题日渐严重,水资源供需矛盾日益突出。为实现流域水资源的可持续利用,提出了水污染防治对策:加强水资源保护的监督管理,加强水质监测,加强水资源保护科学研究,加强水资源的统一调度和管理,重视开源与节流等。
With the rapid development of industry and agriculture of the Yellow River basin, water contamination and shortage of water resources are becoming more severe, and the conflict between water supply and demand is more serious. To realize the sustainable utilization of water resources, measures were put forward about water control, such as, to strengthen supervision and management of water resources protection, to pollution prevention and strengthen water quality monitoring, to strengthen water resources protection research, to strengthen the unified water resources allocation and management, and to save water resources and open up new sources.
