催化裂化汽油在Ni-Mo-P/USY催化剂上的加氢改质研究 被引量:4

HYDROGENATION OF FLUID CATALYTIC CRACKING GASOLINE FOR DECREASING OLEFINS CATALYZED BY Ni-Mo-P/USY

摘要 采用抚顺石油二厂催化裂化汽油为原料,考察了它在Ni-Mo-P/USY催化剂上的降烯烃反应,探讨了工艺条件对催化性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的Ni-Mo-P/USY催化剂比改性前性能大为提高,在反应温度320℃、反应压力2.0 MPa、质量空速3.0 h-1、氢油比=300∶1的条件下,汽油烯烃转化率可达61.9%。 The hydrogenation of FCC gasoline, obtained from No. 2 Fushun Refinery, to decrease the o lefins, catalyzed by Ni-Mo-P/USY was studied. The influences of the operating conditions on the properities of the catalyst were discussed. The result showed that with the modified catalyst, at 320℃, 2.0 MPa, weight hourly space velocity 3.0 h^-1 and V(H2)/V(oil) =300:1, the conversion of the olefins reached 61.9%.
