摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,Span-80和Twee-60为复合乳化剂,液体石蜡为连续相,采用反相微乳液聚合方法,在氧化还原引发体系下,制备了AM/DMDAAC阳离子型共聚物P(AM-DMDAAC)。结果表明,在40℃下,运用HLB值法得出复合乳化剂HLB值在8.27~9.34时,能形成清亮透明稳定可聚合的微乳液体系。从反相微乳液聚合的机理出发,优化反应条件,阳离子度(质量分数)为29%的共聚物特性粘数可达1.8124L/g。
Inverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide (AM) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) has been carried out with Span 80 and Tween-60 as the emulsifiers, liquid paraffin as the continuous medium and redox initiators. The results showed that inverse microemulsion system was obtained when the HLB value of the emulsifiers was between 8. 27 and 9. 34 at 40℃. According to the mechanism of the inverse microemulsion polymerization, under the optimized conditions, the intrinsic viscosity of Poly(AM-DMDAAC)with cationicity of 29% (weight) could reach 1. 812 4 L/g.
