在生态学及生态经济学指导下，以辽宁省为系统边界，应用系统工程的方法，研究了辽宁省蔬菜宏观种植结构的现状，优化依据及其调整方法。生产效果分析、综合优势分析及社会贡献分析为结构优化提供主要依据；提出了一系列与之有关的量化指标并对辽宁省各市进行了分析。提出了蔬菜生态经济区划、菜源结构特点分析及二次规划与多目标规划相结合的一整套宏观种植结构调整的方法及规划方案设计与生产布局安排相结合的实施途径。

According to the theroy or ecology and ecological economics,the current situation,basis of optimization and adjustment methods of vegetable macroscopic cultivation structure in Laining Province were studied by using system engineering method.use production effects,integrated superiority and public profit were the basis or structure optimizatkin.A series of relevant quantified indexes given and every city in Liaoning Province was analyzed.Vegetable economic zoning and vegetable--source structure characteristics were discussed Aseries of adjustment methodes on macroscopic cultivaton structure, with the combination ofquadratic programming and multi--goal programming were put forward Meanwhile,the way to perform planning design adapted to prodoction arrangement was given.
