The characteristics of the chip CY7C68001 were introduce d, the hardware equipment was designed based on CY7C68001, besides, high speed multi-channels synchronous acquisition was realized in combination with TMS320F2812 and MAX125, Then, the whole systematic architecture, some hardwares and firmware program were detailed, finally, the main program and interrupt service program were provided.
