基于PC机的温度控制实验装置的开发

摘要 针对刚步入研究生阶段学习的自动化专业新生,设计并开发了一套小型温度控制实验系统。该系统以控制电水杯水温为目标,硬件的核心为PC 机和多功能数据采集卡,软件采用VisualC++6.O开发。系统设计合理,结构简单,操作方便,功能丰富,适用范围广泛。该系统不仅为学生提供了一个学习、掌握如何搭建计算机控制系统的实验平台,而且还有助于学生对控制理论的学习,文中详细介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计。 An experiment system of temperature control is designed for the new postgraduate of the automation major. The goal is to control the temperature of the electrical water cup by using the PC and a multifunctional data collection board as the core of the hardware and Visual C++6.0 as the programming language. This system is simple and function is very abundant. It supplies the students with a platform to learn and master how to build a digital control system, moreover, it is very helpful for the students to study the control theory. The hardware structure and the software design are presented in detail.
