基于单片机的数字化交-交变频低频电源设计

摘要 本文简介了低频电源的应用背景,交-交变频器的实现原理,以及整个系统的软硬件实现。设计采用4个Intel公司MCS-8097BH单片机来实现控制回路的调频调压、三相触发脉冲的产生以及无环流的实现。利用微机系统与外围电路的接口,实现了对生产工艺过程的控制,并具有一定的安全监测和保障功能。 The applying background of low frequency power supply, and the theory of how the cycloconverter working, and the parameter calculation of the system, and how the system is implemented by both software and hardware are presented in this work. This design applied 4 MCS-8097BH single-chip computers made by Intel co., with which achieve the variable-voltage-variable-frequency function, and the firing pulse of three phase, and nocircumfluence, With the interface between the micro-computer system and the peripheral circuits, the producing process is controlled within some security monitoring and guarding function, so this design will be definitely of great significance in the cause of spread of low frequency power supply trig.
