水利工程建设与运行管理有机结合研究

Studies on combination of construction management and operation management of water resources projects

从水利工程运行管理的重要性入手,依据建设项目的整体性特点,提出在项目的可行性研究阶段、设计阶段和建设阶段进行水利工程建设管理和运行管理的有机结合,实现水利工程“建管结合、无缝交接”,并对水利工程建管结合实施的效果进行分析。

Starting from the importance of operation management of water resources projects and according to the characteristics of wholeness of projects,it is put forward that construction management and operation management of water resources projects should be combined during their stages of feasibility study,design and construction,and the corresponding effectiveness should also be evaluated.
