摘要
论述了数控钻尖磨床自动上下料机构的原理,通过对上下料机构及过程的分析,设计了一种合理可靠的自动上下料及刃磨的PLC控制系统。最后将其运用到了实际生产中,大大提高了机械自动化程度与生产效率。
The paper discusses the principle of automatic loading and unloading system of CNC drill point grinder, and design an reliable PLC controlling system through analyzing the mechanism and the process of loading and unloading. At last, the PLC program design is set forth. And the system has been put into production and improved effectively the automatization and efficiency.
