摘要
介绍了ISO14728-2标准关于滚动直线导轨副的额定静载荷的计算方法,并在此基础上进行了分析讨论,提出了在额定静载荷计算过程中应该注意的问题。通过ISO14728标准与原有的相关理论研究成果进行分析比较,证明基于Herz弹性接触理论及Palmgren理论对滚动直线导轨副的额定静载荷的定义和计算方法是适用的。
The problems which will possibly appear in the process of calculation are presented, based on the calculation formula of the rated dead load of linear rolling guide in IS014728 - 2. The reliability of the definition and calculation formula of the rated dead load based on Palmgren＇s formula and the theory of Herz is testified by comparing the ISO14728 -2 with results of related research and theory.
