高分子吡啶季铵盐的抗菌性能及机理的探讨 被引量:11

摘要 以大肠杆菌(E.coli)为模拟体系,采用平板活菌记数法考察了自制的季铵化的4-乙烯基吡啶-丙烯酰胺共聚物(Quaternary P(4VP-co-AM),QCVA)的抗菌性能及pH值对QCVA抗菌性能的影响规律;并采用TTC-脱氢酶活性测定法与β-半乳糖苷酶活性测定法,研究了季铵化的4-乙烯基吡啶-丙烯酰胺共聚物的抗菌机理。实验结果表明,QCVA具有很强的抗菌能力,且在一定的pH值范围内,pH值越大,QCVA抗菌性能越好。2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)-脱氢酶活性测定与β-半乳糖苷酶活性测定结果表明,吡啶季铵盐型大分子的抗菌机理是基于杀菌作用,而不仅仅是抑菌作用。 This paper reports the antibacterial property of quaternary copolymer of 4-vinyl pyridine and acrylamide(Quaternary P(4VP-co-AM), QCVA) against Escherichia Coli, the influence of pH value on the antibacterial property of QCVA with the method of plate counting live bacterium, and the antibacterial mechanism of QCVA by measuring the activities of β-D-galactosidase and TTC-DHE. The experimental results indicate that cationic polyacrylamide of quaternary pyridine sah-type possesses excellent antibacterial property. In addition in a certain pH range, the greater the pH value, the better the antibacterial effect of QCVA. The measured results of the activities of β-D-galaetosidase and TTC-DHE show that the antibacterial effect of QCVA is mainly based on sterilization action besides restraining action.
