摘要
在精密成型与加工类产品的生产过程中,一般用DA输出作为控制系统的输出控制信号,DA输出的最小增量决定了控制系统的控制精度;细分DA输出最小增量可以提高分辨率从而使控制系统的控制精度大大提高。给出了细分DA输出最小增量的新思路,使用三个DA转换器和精密放大器,通过细分连续两个DA转换输入数据的增量,使DA输出的分辨率得以提高。本文详细介绍了电路中精密放大器TLC2652的选择和使用,当精密放大器选用适当,细分D A输出增量可使10位和8位DA转换器的分辨率提高到18位,16位DA转换器的分辨率提高到32位。
In precisely taking shape and processing product, generally D/A output is regarded as the output control signal of the control system, the minimum increment of D/A output determines the control precision of the control system; Subdividing minimum increment of D/A output can increase resolution and increase the control precision of the control system greatly. The new way to Subdividing minimum increment of D/A output is given. Using three D/A converters, through subdividing the increase of two D/A continue input data, the Resolution of D/A output is increased. The choosing and using of the precision precision amplifier is right, amplifier TLC2652 are introduced in the paper. When the 10 bits and 8 bits resolution subdividing minimum increment of D/A output can change of D/A into 18 bits and 16 bits to 32 bits.
