兔脑出血急性期血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化及意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在脑出血急性期的变化及意义。方法采用随机方法分实验组、对照组,实验组制造兔脑出血模型检测脑组织水含量及不同时点血浆NSE浓度,与对照组比较。结果实验组兔48h后脑组织水含量;62、4、48h血浆NSE浓度与对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑出血后血浆NSE浓度发生动态变化,在出血后24h达高峰。脑出血急性期NSE升高与脑损伤、脑水肿之间存在相关性,提示NSE可作为脑损伤的监测指标。 Objective To re.arch the significance and change of neuron- specific enolase in acute cerebral hemorrhage of rabbit. Methods The rabbits were divided into 2 groups, consisted of a control group and an experiment group, and were manufactured cerebral hemorrhage model to measure the Dry. Weight/Wet Weight of brain and the level of neuron - specific enolase. Results To contrast the dry Weight/Wet Weight of rabbit's brain after 48h and the lever of neuron - specific enolase in control group and experiment group at 6h. 24h and 48h, it indicated the difference has statistic significance( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The neuron- specific enolase level in plasma is changed dynamically after cerebral hemorrhage. The peak level of neuron - specific enolase occurred at 24h. There is some relationship between the change of neuron - specific enolase and cerebral edema. We can detect the level of NSE to judge degree of the brain injury and edema.
