清脑复神液并用小脑顶核电刺激治疗脑外伤后综合征的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Qing nao fu shen ye combined with cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation on post-traumatic syndrome

目的探讨清脑复神液并用小脑顶核电刺激（FNS）对脑外伤后综合征的疗效。方法研究对象为147例脑外伤后综合征患者，随机分为清脑复神液并用FNS治疗组（A组）、FNS治疗组（B组）和对照组（C组）3组。3组常规药物治疗相同，对照组仪给予常规药物治疗。分别观察3组患者临床疗效。结果疗程结束后，随访3—6月，A组治愈率66．0％，显效率26．0％，有效率92．0％：B组治愈率52．1％，显效率20．8％，有效率72．9％；C组治愈率38．8％，显效率14．3％，有效率53．1％。经统计学分析，A组疗效优于其他2组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论清脑复神液并小脑顶核电刺激治疗脑外伤后综合征，能提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Qing nao fu shen ye combined with cerebellar fastigial nucleus electrical stimulation （FNS） on post - traumatic syndrome, Methods 147 patients with post- traumatic syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups： Qing nao fu shen ye combined with FNS treatment group （A group）,FNS treatment group（ B group） and control group （C group）,routine drug treatment of all patients was identical, The patients of control group had only been given routine drug treatment, Finally, observed the therapeutic effect of 3 groups. Results After the course of treatment, all of patients were followed - up for 3 months ～ 6 months.The cure rate of A group was 66.0% ,excellence rate was 26.0 %, effective rate was 92.0% ; In B group, the cure rate was 52.1% , excellence rate was 20.8 %, effective rate was 72.9 % ;In C group, the cure rate was 38.8 %, excellence rate was 14.3 %, effective rate was 53,1%. By analysis of statistics, the effective rate of A group compared to the other groups were significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Qing nao fu shen ye combined with FNS can elevate the therapeutic effect of post - traumatic syndrome.
