摘要
在恒电流条件下研究了V—t曲线,电流波形及膜的表面形貌。低电流密度下,初期V—t曲线不出现峰值,相应的电流波形不发生畸变,阳极氧化和化学氧化都优先发生在基体的缺陷附近。
Al was anodized in H2SO4 solution under constant current density.The curve of V t,wave form of current and surface morphology of the film were studied. Under lower current densities,no peak occurs on the V t curve,and no distortion of wave form of current takes place.The oxidizing of Al,whether chemical oxidizing or anodizing,occurs around the defects of the substrate with a priority.
