高效液相色谱法测定抗菌消炎胶囊中绿原酸的含量

Determination the Content of Chlorogenic Acid in Kangjunxiaoyan Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定抗菌消炎胶囊中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:Betasil C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液(13:87),流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长为327 nm。结果:绿原酸在0．12～0．61 μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r= 0．999 7)。平均回收率100．5％(RSD=0．9％,n=5)。结论:所建立的方法稳定可靠灵敏、准确、简便,可用于抗菌消炎胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of chlorogenic acid in Kangjunxiaoyan capsule. Method： The Betasil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid solution （13： 87）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Result： The linear range was within a range of 0.12-0.61 μg（ r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 100.5% （ RSD = 0.9% ）. Conclusion： This method is sensitive, accurate and simple. It can be used for quality control of Kangiunxiaoyan capsule.
