HPLC法测定洁阴舒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination the Contents of Berberine Hydrochloride in Jieyinshu Lotions by HPLC

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定洁阴舒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:用Hypersil C18(4．6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) 色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0．033 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(40:60,含0．5％三乙胺,磷酸调PH 3．1),流速1．0 ml·min-1;检测波长345 nm,柱温25℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．17-0．85μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1．000 0,平均加样回收率为 97．6％,RSD=0．4％(n=5)。结论:方法操作简单,快速。可作为测定本制剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of berberine hydrochloride in Jieyinshu lotions. Method： The Hypersic C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used, the acetonitrile- 0. 033 mol· L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （40： 60, contain 0.5% triethylamine solution, adjust pH to 3.1 with phosphoric acid） as mobi/e phase, the flow rate was I. 0 ml·min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was at 345 nm. Result： The linear range was 0.17 -0.85 μg, r = 1. 000 0, hydrochloridecontent of the preparation the average recovery was 97.6%, RSD 0. 4%. Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid. It can be used to determine the berberine hydrochloride content of the preparation.
