介绍几种抗肿瘤的靶向新药 被引量:7

摘要 目前国际上临床常用的抗肿瘤药物约有80余种。传统的化疗药物都具有细胞毒性,在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也会对骨髓、消化道、肝、肾等某些正常组织和细胞带来损害。近年来,针对某些受体、基因或关键物质的靶向治疗药物正在成为药物研制的重要方向。这类药物主要作用于相关的肿瘤细胞上,一方面提高对肿瘤细胞的杀伤力,另一方面减少对正常组织和细胞的不良反应。靶向治疗药物包括表皮生长因子受体阻断药,单克隆抗体,抑制肿瘤血管生成的药物,抗肿瘤疫苗以及基因治疗等。
