开关电容网络在激光电源中的应用

摘要 针对激光电源结构复杂、体积大、快速激发时期电压容易下降的问题,提出了将开关电源网络引入激光电源,通过推挽结构把220V/50Hz的电压提高到激光所需要的维持电压1.5kV,并且用一个简单的转换方式完成了激光器点火和维持之间的转换,替代了原有的变压器,化简了电路结构,减轻了重量,增加了快速激发时的稳定性. Switched-capacitor network (SCN) was introduced in laser power supply for the sake of overcoming the problems, which consist in traditional laser power supply, such as complex, heavy and voltage depression in fast ignition. The 220V/50Hz voltage was turned into the hold-up voltage 1.5kV that laser needed by way of the PULLPUSH circuit. Furthermore, the transition between ignition and maintenance was accomplished by a simple conversion mode applied to laser power supply, the primary transformer was substituted, the circuit structure was simplified, its volume was reduced and the stability of fast ignition was improved.
