摘要
对油茶籽饼粕中茶皂素的提取进行了系统的研究:用水-乙醇混合物作浸提剂,优化浸提参数,使提取率达12%;选用合适沉淀剂解决了茶皂素提取过程中的脱脂、纯化、分离和干燥等难题。所得茶皂素纯度>83%,颜色和性状好,无异味,各项指标和理化性质与文献相符,纯度和外观等要优于文献中报道的产品。
The use of water-ethanol mixture as infusion, with parameters of which optimized,results in the extraction rate reaching over 12%. Propor selection of precipitating agent will help solve such technical problems as defatness, purification, separation,dryness,etc. With purity attaining higher than 83%, good colour and appearance, and without peculiar smell, the extracted teasaponin agrees in various physical and chemical properties with specifications in literature.
