摘要 本文介绍人造血干/祖细胞在体外微环境中产生并分化发育为成熟T淋巴细胞的相关环节和影响因素,涉及到人体外微环境的建立,包括模仿胸腺微环境的培养体系、无胸腺组织的培养体系;与T细胞分化有关的细胞因子的研究;T细胞在体外的分化过程;T细胞分化研究的应用与展望。
