摘要
共混技术是改善合成纤维性能的有效方法。介绍了共混纤维的分类和制造方法,讨论了高聚物的相容性及其对共混纤维的相态结构的影响,对影响基体-微纤型共混纤维的结构和性能的因素作了探讨,并给出了几个有代表性的共混纤维的实例。
Improvements in chemical fibre properities can be achieved if they are producedfrom polymer blends. In this paper, the classification of fibres from polymer blends have been introduced. The compatibility of polymers and their influence on the structures of biconstituent fibres were discussed. Some particular examples of biconstituent fibres were described as followings: blend of PET with block copolyester, PET with PBT, nylon6 with nylon66 and other nylons.
