THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TA-901 MULTIFUNCTION INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING THE RESISTIVITY OF MATERAL SAMPLES

ＴＡ—９０１型多功能炭素材料试样电阻率测试仪，是在原ＳＷ—１型数字微欧计的基础上作了较大的技术改进而制成，仪器设计了电流调节，能直接显示出被测试样的电阻率数值。可测量不同规格试样及粉末电阻率。仪器也可以直接作为高精度数字电压表和高稳定性恒定直流电源输出。

Based on SW 1 Digital Microhm Meter, the TA 901 Multi-function Instrument for Measuring the Resistivity of carbon materials has been made after some significant technical improvements.With the new design of current adjustment the value of the sample resistivity can be read directly.The resistivity of different type of samples and powder can be measured. The instrument can be also used as a highly precise voltage meter or an output of high constant-rate DC power.
