地方农业高校科研管理创新的思考

Considerations on innovation of managing scientific research in Local Agricultural Universities

从科研项目的构成、科研成果的类别及成果应用、科技论著分析了地方农业高校科研工作的现状与特点,肯定了地方农业高校地位与作用,并且从创新意识与管理意识、加强优势与特色领域研究、建立激励机制和扩大经费来源四方面提出了地方农业高校科研工作创新的对策。

Based on the constitution of scientific research items, the subsumption and application of scientific research fruits, scientific and technical papers and woks, this paper analyses the current situation and feaiures of scientific research work in local agricultural universities. It affirms the status and the effect of the local agricultural universities and puts innovation counter-measures of the local agricultural universities from four aspects, such as innovation consciousness and management ability, strenghtening the study of super and special fileds, constructing stimulant mechanism, enlarging the resourses of funds.
