摘要
职业经理的出现是西方“经理革命”的产物。在西方,职业经理阶层已经形成,西方职业经理发展模式说明,职业经理市场化是职业经理人培养的唯一可靠途径。针对我国在职业经理人培养方面的不足,提出了我国职业经理人制度的成长环境构架,并从评选机制、激励机制、约束机制等方面对基于此环境下的职业经理市场化的基本运作机制进行了探讨。
The emergence of professional manager is the result of the western manager revolution. Focusing on the problems of the cultivation of profession manager in our country, the paper presents growing setting structure of professional manager system of our country, and discusses the basic operation mechanism of marketizing of professional manager under this setting from choosing mechanism, inspiriting mechanism and restricting mechanism.
