摘要
结合带肋棒材的生产经验和线材轧机的工作特点,对6 mm、8 mm、10 mm和12 mm四种规格带肋盘圆的孔型系统进行了设计,在此基础上制定了合理的轧制工艺制度,同时,采用标准斯太尔摩冷却工艺对轧后产品进行冷却控制。为进一步保证工艺制度的稳定性和可靠性,分别对辊径尺寸的配置、吐丝温度和冷却速度等进行了实验性分析。
In combination with ribbed rod production experiences and wire-rod mill features, a roll pass design for ribbed rod of Ф6 mm,Ф8 mm,Ф10 mm,Ф12 mm in diameter was developed. Suitable rolling process was established and standard Stelmor cooling technology was adopted for the rolled product. In addition, the arrangement of roll di ameter size, loop laying temperature and cooling speed, etc. were also analyzed in this paper
