摘要
分析了目前断路器失灵保护投入率较低的原因,并对高压电网断路器失灵保护有关问题进行了探讨。阐述了保护动作信息和断路器“有流”信息的“与”逻辑解除电压闭锁方案的可行性和通用性,进而提出了可行的解决方案。
This paper analyzes the reasons of low working-rate of breaker failure protection, Several problems are discussed, The feasibility and universality of the voltage blocking releasing approach are explained, which uses the AND logic of protection action and existence information of breaker current. The no-current criterion is suggested to be applied to the setting and logic of failure current judgement element.
