日产千吨大型天然气一步法尿素装置国产化预设计简介(下)

摘要 我国天然气一步法尿素生产技术已居世界领先水平,且已具备大型装置国产化条件.日产千吨尿素装置设计表明,吨氨天然气耗850Nm ̄3,能耗30.58GJ(7.31Gcal),年万吨尿素投资约2000万元。 Natural gas-based urea production technology with one-step process in our country is in the lead in the world. There have been necessary requisites for large scale plant with this process to be manufactured natively.The design of 1000 t/d urea plant shows figures; natural gas consumption per ton ammonia 850 Nm3. energy consumption 30. 58 GJ(7. 31Gcal), and the capital investment per 10 000 ton urea 20 million RMB.
