摘要 应用弛豫法求解甲醇精馏过程物料衡算,汽液相平衡,摩尔分率归一,热焓衡算方程组(MESH),求得甲醇精馏塔各理论板的温度,组分浓度分布,与生产测定值相吻合.弛豫法计算甲醇精馏过程,具有内存占用少,计算省时,收敛速度快等优点. To solve problems in methanol distillation process like mass balance, gas-liquid phase equiribrium,summation of mole fraction and enthalpy balance equation by relaxation method, the obtained temperature profile and composition distribution on various theoretical plates in methanol distillation tower are in agreement with the values from practical determination. In methanol distillation calculation the relaxation method has the merits in small memory space. Less computation time and quick convergence.
