高速增压柴油机节能型喷油泵的研制

Development of economized fuel injection pump of a high-speed turbocharged diesel engine

摘要 以高速增压柴油机工作过程的数学模拟为基础,建立了优化柴油机工作过程的单目标函数非线性规划的数学模型,依据现场测取数据进行了放热规律回归计算,并利用序贯加权因于法(SWIFT)优化计算根据优化计算结果,设计新型柱塞,并对新旧柱塞油泵做对比试验.接仪器的测试结果证实,新型柱塞油泵在部分负荷下可使柴油机有效耗油率降低2.1%~5.3%. This paper, based on the mathematical analogy of the working cycle of a high-speed turbocharged diesel engine, presents a mathematical model of nonlinear programming with single objective function to optimize the working cycle of the diesel engine. According to the data measured on the spot, the regression calculations of the release heat law have been done. And,by using the sequential weight increasing factor technique (SWIFT), optimization calculation has been done. According to the results of the optimization, new pistons have been designed.Moreover, the comparative tests have been done between the new piston injection pumps andthe old ones. The data measured by our instrument have confirmed that under partial loads of the engine the new piston injection pumps can make the effective fuel consumption rate of the diesel engine dropped by 2. 1 % -5. 3 %.
