摘要
在分析了空气锤噪声组成及其特性的基础上,明确指出对空气锤进排气噪声进行控制是极其重要的。应用声学理论,深入地分析了空气锤进排气噪声产生机理及其特性,首次深入地分析了空气锤四种不同工作循环进排气噪声的大小及频率特性上的差别;首次提出了空气锤进排气噪声控制用消声器应满足的条件,建立了该消声器的结构并对其滤波降噪机理进行了理论探讨和实验研究,所建立的消声器达到了34dB(A)的降噪量,寿命长,性能稳定,并不影响空气锤正常工作,是一种较为理想的进排气噪声控制用消声器。
n this papes, on the basis of analysing the composition and characteristics of air-operated power hammer's noise, it is very important that air admision and exhaust noise of air-operated power hammer must be controlled. First according to acoustic theory, mechanism and characteristics for the noise resulting, difference between four kinds of working cycle of the hammer in numerical value and frequency response of the noise are thorouhgly analysed. Requirement whom muffler used for the noise must be satisfied with are firstanalysed. The muffler structure is established. Mechanism of filtering wave and reducing the noise are theoretically studied and are tested and verified. Reducing noise number value of the muffler established reaches 35dB (A). The muffler life is long duration. The muffler properties is stable. The muffler not interferes with normal work of the hammer and is very suilable for controlling the noise.
