摘要
用矩形截面放电管结构可以明显地提高He-Ne激光器单位放电长度的输出功率。本文从理论上分析了这种放电管中等离子体参量与几何尺寸的关系。
The output power of He-Ne lasers in unit discharge length can be increased obviously by using the structure of rectangle cross-section discharge tube. The dependence of plasma parameters on geometrical size of this discharge tube are analysed theoretically in this paper,
